Every handoff asks the work to explain itself again.
A detail lives in a workbook. A decision lives in a message. A record lives somewhere else. The next person has to reconstruct the story before they can move it.
ANC One is the working beta I’m building from inside ANC: a private conversation designed to help us find an answer, update a record, and produce the next useful thing—without restarting the context every time the work changes hands.
Build an indoor LED estimate in our current format.
The friction is not a lack of expertise. It is the distance between the question, the file, the person, the record, and the next decision.
A detail lives in a workbook. A decision lives in a message. A record lives somewhere else. The next person has to reconstruct the story before they can move it.
ANC One is a vision for a private working surface that asks for what is missing, carries the context forward, and returns something people can actually inspect.
“Help me move this from an idea to the next usable result.”
Not five disconnected products. Five kinds of momentum around the same intent. Scroll to assemble the direction.
These are the kinds of outcomes being explored in the beta. Each starts in plain language and ends in something a person can review.
The direction is not a chat answer with a total. It is a working estimate in the format the team already understands.
Turn the working assumptions into a concise proposal that gives the next conversation a place to start.
What is included, what is assumed, and what the team is solving.
The working price and the context needed to discuss it.
Create a set of clearly different directions so the team can react, refine, and choose—not stare at an empty brief.
A handoff should leave visible evidence of what was saved, where it went, and what the next person needs to know.
Bring the connected service picture into one readable view, with the date and limitations made explicit.
I work inside these handoffs. I know the files, follow-ups, missing fields, and repeated explanations. I’m not presenting ANC One as finished. I’m building and testing a direction where the way into the work becomes simpler—and the result stays accountable to the people who use it.
The system can prepare, ask, organize, and surface. The person reviews the output and owns the decision.
The result should be a file, record, view, or receipt that people can inspect—not a confident answer with no evidence.
The goal is not to replace the team. It is to reduce the distance between one person’s intent and the next person’s useful starting point.
The strongest pitch is the truthful one: show what is taking shape, name what is still being tested, and invite ANC to help define what deserves to become real.
The public examples in the source experience are separate training outputs. They demonstrate direction—not one live customer project or one fully connected autonomous run.
The beta is not asking ANC to believe in a distant future. It is asking ANC to look at a working direction, test it against the work we actually do, and decide together where one conversation can remove the most friction.
